Do I need any technical experience to benefit from your services?
Absolutely not. Our sessions are designed specifically for people who are new to AI or feel overwhelmed by technology. Carl starts from wherever you are — no jargon, no assumptions, no rushing.
What devices do you work with?
We work with any device you already own — iPhone, Android, iPad, Windows PC, Mac, or tablet. You do not need to buy anything new.
How does a session work?
Sessions can be done via screen-share (we see your screen together over video call) or in-person in the Aubrey, TX area. We set up real tools on your actual device and practice using them together until you feel confident.
What AI tools will I learn to use?
We focus on tools that are genuinely useful in daily life — voice assistants (Alexa, Siri, Google), ChatGPT for writing and questions, photo organization tools, and video calling enhancements. We always match the tools to your specific interests and needs.
Is my personal information safe during a session?
Yes. We never ask for passwords, financial information, or sensitive personal data. Screen-share sessions are conducted over encrypted video platforms. We follow strict privacy practices.
What is the difference between the AI Check quiz and the AI Readiness Assessment?
The AI Check is a fun, interactive quiz that tests your ability to spot AI-generated content — images, text, audio, and video. The AI Readiness Assessment is a short questionnaire that evaluates your current comfort level with technology and recommends the right service for you.
Do you offer ongoing support after a session?
Every session includes a free 15-minute follow-up call within 30 days. We also offer monthly support packages for clients who want regular check-ins.
Can you help my parent or grandparent if they live in a different city?
Yes — screen-share sessions work anywhere in the world. We can set up a three-way session where you join as well, so you can learn alongside your family member.
