3. Eligibility

The Site and its services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a minor (for example, to help a family member), you assume full responsibility for their use of the Site.

7. Training Sessions and Consultations

SilverIntelligence.ai offers AI training sessions and consultations. The following terms apply to these services:

• Scheduling: Sessions are booked through third-party scheduling tools (such as Calendly). By booking a session, you agree to the terms of those platforms as well.
• Cancellation: We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in limitations on future bookings.
• Content: Training sessions are educational in nature. We provide guidance and instruction, but we are not responsible for any decisions you make based on the information provided.
• Pricing: Session fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated before booking. Free introductory sessions are offered at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: Your confidence matters to us. If you feel a session wasn't a good fit, reach out to Carl and we'll work with you to make it right. We want every client to feel supported, not pressured.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, materials, and services provided through it are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
